🟪 1.The purchase of art from HALOKYTE / SIERRA WALKER grants you personal use of your digital copy. You may not use it in any way for profit unless otherwise given explicit permission/rights to do so.
1a. All preparation materials, visuals and sketches - including all electronic files or screenshots used to create the project remain the property of HALOKYTE / SIERRA WALKER
1b. Personal Use includes but is not limited to; Posting of art in character galleries, usage for icons and/or graphics, or printing for use only by yourself.
1c. Absolutely no work produced by HALOKYTE may be used in relation to AI.🟪 2. When the final product is completed, NO refunds are permitted. All changes and/or full and partial refunds must be made during the conception o the image.
2a. Once the product is beyond sketch refinement, only half refund will be granted upon cancellation. (Sketch commissions are excluded.)
2b. A full refund is permitted prior to any work beginning.🟪 3. Failure by HALOKYTE / SIERRA WALKER to complete the product within the amount of time agreed upon at purchase may result in a full refund, unless buyer agrees otherwise. Please note, time constraints due to a daily job will place a 2-3 week deadline minimum.
3a. Please be clear if you would like to have a deadline for commission delivery.🟪 4. HALOKYTE / SIERRA WALKER reserves the right to refuse service for any reason.
4a. AND will absolutely NOT draw themes of: (Explicit)NSFW, Underage, Incestuous, Political, or Religious Imagery🟪 5. HALOKYTE / SIERRA WALKER reserves the right to use any art produced for service advertisement.🟪 6. All specific details and references for a requested commission must be provided up front.
6a.There will only be 2 free revisions allowed. Any extra revisions, especially after product completion, will be an extra surcharge of $20 per revision due to added time to production.🟪 Payment is accepted via PayPal, Cashapp, and Venmo.
Financing/Split Payments is available upon request for select commission styles.
Half of any total charge is required for any style above $75. Anything below threshold must be paid in full before start of production, and is expected within 48 hours of commission agreement unless otherwise agreed upon.Please also note: if you ever request a refund via PayPal, I use their invoice function and it can take 5-7 days for the return to process.
